The cosmetics group Yves Rocher just organised the Tropheum internal contest which rewards the best innovations of the year. 12 applicants were competing in 3 categories: ‘Innovation’, ‘Science’ and ‘Collaborative research’. They had 3 minutes to give their pitch and impress a jury of executives and managers representing all the brands of the group.
Agent Majeur helped these researchers and speakers during the preparation of their presentations. During the first group training course, they familiarised themselves with the key elements of science popularisation and oral communication. They then attended training sessions in small groups to enhance their content, improve their pitch structure and gain confidence ready to face the jury.
